He then set out on a journey to perfect his sales skills as a toy salesperson selling Unicorn Slime, Fart Spray, and Mermaid Poop.<\/p>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>He was featured on the nationally-syndicated radio program &#8220;This American Life&#8221; with Ira Glass and has spoken at multiple corporate speaking engagements. He was also awarded the title of &#8220;Kansas City&#8217;s Best Boss&#8221; in 2011.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div><span class=\"il\">Cole<\/span>\u00a0combined his passion of public speaking, song writing, video editing, and champion air guitar skills to take on the world of leadership, training, and enablement to help people love what they do and build a career around it!<\/div>\n<div><hr role=\"separator\" class=\"hr--transparent hr--transparent-15px not-in-view\"><\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<h4>Mike Loven (October 21, 2022)<\/h4>\n<p>Mike Loven is the Founder and CEO of Loven Contracting, a Flagstaff, AZ-based general contracting firm servicing clients across the state of Arizona. For over 37 years, Mike has provided leadership for projects across a wide range of industry sectors with a focus on government agencies, and highly technical healthcare and energy infrastructure projects. Through diligent mentorship and a deliberate program for leadership development, Loven Contracting is an energetic and successful firm with minorities, veterans, and women comprising over 40% of the diverse employee owner group.<\/p>\n<p>Mike is responsible for the establishment of the Loven Contracting Philanthropic Program and his belief in the value of active citizenship drives community involvement within Loven Contracting. Her speech specifically focused on Justice, Equity, Diversity &amp; Inclusion.<\/p>\n<h4>Charn McAllister<\/h4>\n<p>Focusing on Leadership; Justice, Equity, Diversity &amp; Inclusion, Professor McAllister is in the W.A. Franke College of Business and is a leader in the institute.<\/p>\n<h4>Julie Piering<\/h4>\n<p>Also part of the institute, Julie Piering works in the philosophy department with a specialization in leadership and being a moderator for the discussions on ethics.<\/p>\n<h4>George Rudebusch<\/h4>\n<p>George Rudebusch works in the philosophy department with a specialization in leadership Justice, Equity, Diversity &amp; Inclusion.<\/p>\n<h4>Gioia Woods<\/h4>\n<p>In Comparative Cultural Studies, Gioia Woods is a moderator for the discussions on ethics.<\/p>\n<h4>Eric Yordy<\/h4>\n<p>In the W.A.
