from Texas Tech University, a Masters of Science in Education in College Student Personnel from Southern Illinois University Carbondale, and a Ph.D. in Higher, Adult, and Lifelong Education from Michigan State University.\u00a0 As an experienced Student Affairs Professional, he has had the honor of serving students in various roles at Northern Illinois University, Southern Illinois University, Texas State University, Michigan State University, and the University of Louisville.<\/p>\n<p>He currently also serves as a Fellow for the Master Educator Course, a unique program that trains United States Army ROTC Cadre in the work navigating higher education and of serving college students.\u00a0 Since the Summer of 2017, he has led and instructed 9 different cohorts of Army Officers and NCOs to effectively lead their college ROTC programs.<\/p>\n<p>His research primarily focuses on minoritized student groups, technology in higher education, and United States community and two-year colleges and is published in many of our field\u2019s research and scholarly journals.\u00a0 He is especially concerned about the ways that colleges and universities select and implement new technologies and the interaction with faculty, students, staff, and stakeholders.<\/p>\n<!-- shortcode-contact -->\n<div class=\"shortcode-contact\">\n    <div class=\"contact-header\">\n
