She has more than 30 years of professional experience as a business owner, employee, consultant, award-winning writer, award-winning broadcaster, and journalist.<\/div>\n<div class=\"mt-3\">\n<p>Bierer spent several decades working as a broadcast journalist, where ethics were at the forefront of each workday. She still enjoys researching and storytelling.
