Franke College of Business. Profess<\/span><span style=\"color: black;\">or McAllister earned his B.S. in Engineering Psychology from the United States Military <\/span><span style=\"color: black;\">Academy at West Point, his M.A. in Humanities from American Military University, and his Ph.D. in Business Administration from Florida State University. His research aims at improving employee well-being in the workplace with a particular focus on interpersonal mistr<\/span><span style=\"color: black;\">eatment and organizational politics, and outlets publishing his work include<\/span><span style=\"color: black;\">\u00a0<\/span><i style=\"color: black;\">Harvard Business Review<\/i><span style=\"color: black;\">, <\/span><i style=\"color: black;\">MIT\u2019s Sloan Management Review<\/i><span style=\"color: black;\">, <\/span><i style=\"color: black;\">Journal of Business Ethics, <\/i><span style=\"color: black;\">and the <\/span><i style=\"color: black;\">Journal of Applied Psychology<\/i><span style=\"color: black;\">. Prior to joining academia, Charn served as a Scout Pilot and an Air Cavalry Troop Commander where he deployed twice to Iraq (OIF 07-09, OND 10-11). Piering holds the Richard A. Wood Professorship in Philosophy. Professor Piering has published several book chapters on ethics-related topics. Prior to taking on the dean&#8217;s role at NAU, he served as an Associate Professor of English and Interim Dean of the Honors College at The University\u00a0 of Texas at Arlington. Her research interests are in virtue theory and political leadership and their intersection. She has a special interest in the virtue of humility and has published work on the nature of humility and its compatibility with justified social activism. In addition to a Ph.D. in Philosophy,\u00a0<span class=\"il\">Jennifer<\/span>\u00a0has an M.A. in Communication with a specialization in political rhetoric. Yordy &#8211; The W. A. Yordy teaches business law, business ethics, and accounting ethics in The W. A. Franke College of Business. Professor Yordy\u00a0published the COVER model for ethical decision-making with Marketing lecturer Jennifer Mitchell in 2008.\u00a0 Since then, he has authored or co-authored numerous case studies using the COVER model and other ethical decision-making tools on topics such as the ethics of reverse mortgages, conflicts of interest, censorship in mobile application development, and marketing to children. He has served as Associate Dean of the business college and as the Interim Executive Director of the School of Hotel and Restaurant Management.
