Chef Mark Molinaro – School of Hotel and Restaurant Management 

Mark Molinaro is the Interim Executive Director and Chef at NAU’s School of Hotel and Restaurant Management. Chef Molinaro earned his Masters of Education in Educational Leadership and Administration and is completing his doctorate in education (EdD) in the same subject. His dissertation topic examines the presence of ethics in hospitality education. While teaching the hands-on culinary classes in the HRM program, Chef Molinaro has worked with students to help them understand the impact that locally sourcing raw materials can have on the environment.
