We strive to mitigate pollutant loading to the environment in the form of adhering to strict operating conditions in permits drafted by regulatory entities like the EPA.<\/p>\n<p>In the State of Arizona, the Arizona Department of Environmental Quality (ADEQ) issues environmental permits and has primacy in the inspection and enforcement of environmental affairs.
