EMC serves as digital marketers, communication analysts, content producers and social strategists for the Enrollment Management division. The EMC team recognizes the complexity of pursuing a college education—from seeking admission to matriculation and beyond—and works to simplify the process of becoming an NAU student through clear and effective messaging. EMC also serves to promote the NAU experience to prospective students, supporting the university’s overall recruitment efforts.
EMC’s day-to-day work consists of creating and delivering emails, publications and mailings to students and their families, utilizing data and consistent branding to drive overall communication success. EMC offers communication support for departments within EM and other departments across campus.
