Custom cohorts
A partnership cohort is a customized, for-credit learning model designed for a group of employees within an organization. These cohorts are tailored to align with organizational goals, with flexibility in content, delivery format, program selection, and completion timelines. They also provide an accelerated and structured pathway, allowing participants to move through the program together while building a strong learning community. This model ensures relevance and immediate application in the workplace while supporting both employee growth and organizational impact.
