Arizona reporting expertise<\/h2>\n

AzEDS and ADE Reporting is complex and critical. Many schools do not get all of the funding they are entitled to because they are unable to correct certain errors, or do not know of reporting options that would benefit them. We are experts when it comes to AzEDS, as well as other required reports for the Arizona Department of Education. We can help with ADM, SPED, ELL, AYP, and AZLearns support programs, as well as required financial reporting such as SDER, AFR, and budget uploads.<\/p>\n

We provide you with dedicated support coordinators who are thoroughly familiar with your school’s procedures and issues, giving you personalized support for\u00a0your<\/strong>\u00a0school’s unique needs.<\/p>\n

ETC is an E-rate approved vendor with years of experience. We can help you take advantage of the generous discounts E-rate offers while receiving state-of-the-art technology services and affordable telecommunications. If you’re entitled to E-rate discounts, don’t walk away from these benefits.<\/p>\n

Discounted purchasing & support<\/h2>\n

As a member of ETC, you’ll receive significant discounts on software, licensing, hardware, and support. As a state agency, you’ll be eligible to purchase from TCPN, SAVE, and a variety of state and university contracts. We can even assist with the RFP process when necessary.<\/p>\n

System support & on-site training<\/h2>\n

We design our systems and training to meet your school’s specific needs. We also provide on-site training and timely telephone support.<\/p>\n

Engineering<\/h2>\n

When you need engineering expertise, we can plan and design the school network communication systems and services that will meet your needs. Working with your IT departments and architects, we will assess your present and future needs. We can engineer, install, and maintain the network communication systems required for your school or district to provide the technology needed in today’s environment. Our services include project management for the construction of any new facilities, retrofits, or upgrades. And, we’ll take care of both the installation and the long-term maintenance.<\/p>\n\n
