Costs for specific programs are found on that program\u2019s webpage.<\/li>\n<li>NAU scholarship and tuition waivers (including but not limited to: AIMS, President\u2019s, Dean\u2019s, EARP) may be used for exchange programs but not provider and faculty-led programs.<\/li>\n<li>A $100 application fee will be charged to your LOUIE account upon submission of your application. NSE students will be charged $200.<\/li>\n<li>A $500 cancellation fee will be charged to students who withdraw from their program after submission of the application, so be sure you are committed to your program when filling out your application materials. In addition, cancellations after admittance may result in charges for all sums paid out and committed on students&#8217; behalf.<\/li>\n<li>Read the <a href=\"https:\/\/in.nau.edu\/education-abroad\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/368\/2021\/05\/Study-Abroad-Financial-Aid-Guide-for-Students-0429212.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Study Abroad Financial Aid Guide for Students<\/a>.<\/li>\n<li>Meet with your EA Advisior to complete the\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/in.nau.edu\/education-abroad\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/368\/2022\/01\/Study-Abroad-Financial-Information-Sheet-011422.docx\">Study Abroad Financial Information Sheet<\/a> after you have chosen your program, which you will bring to your appointment with financial aid.\u00a0 Please request this at least 5 business days in advance of your Financial Aid appointment.<\/li>\n<li>Students can explore financial aid for Education Abroad by contacting Financial Aid at <a href=\"mailto:studyabroadaid@nau.edu\">studyabroadaid@nau.edu<\/a>. Students going on summer programs should talk to The Office of Financial Aid early. <strong>Please bring the completed Financial Information Sheet<\/strong> with you to\u00a0 your financial aid appointment.<\/li>\n<li>Please note, Financial Aid is disbursed 10 days prior to the start of your program abroad.
