And as such, who doesn\u2019t want to be more \u2018mindful\u2019 in some aspect of their lives? Yet, what does this mean? And how do we practice in a hectic, busy world to slow down and pay attention? The practice involves both concentration and contemplative methods of meditation. FAST Fitness Small Group Training offers the best of both group fitness and personal training by providing interaction with peers, and the attention of a personal trainer to engage participants in a stronger sense of camaraderie while working to reach their goals. With groups of 3-5 individuals, you will receive immediate feedback to drive measurable results. Groups run for six weeks and are held twice per week.
