University Coaching for Activity and Nutrition program (UCAN) is a NAU health coaching program for faculty, staff and students. Sessions are offered in-person at the Flagstaff campus (HLC 4011B), or via video conferencing. The first session is free and if you would like additional sessions, they are only $5. Faculty and staff can also sign up for a series of 6 health coaching sessions for only $20. \u00a0Plus, you will be able to earn points towards the HealthyU program (1 point\/coaching session).<\/p>\n<p>UCAN health coaches are graduate and senior-level undergraduate students who have completed a full semester of health coaching training. Making changes to improve your health and well-being can be hard and you don\u2019t have to do it alone.
