The NAU ELC utilizes an inquiry approach to teaching and learning using an assets lens to view children and their families as collaborators in the learning process. We believe all children are capable and should be <\/span><\/span>provided with<\/span><\/span><\/span> the opportunity to engage in critical thinking and problem solving in real world contexts. The Project Approach is used as a framework t<\/span>o support authentic learning experiences aligned with early learning <\/span><\/span>standards.<\/span><\/span><\/span> Through the three phases of the Project Approach<\/a>, children engage in <\/span><\/span>inquiries<\/span><\/span><\/span> across all content areas.<\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/h6>\n
