The first part of the Disability Resources eligibility process is to self-identify as a student with a disability and request accommodations.<\/p>\n
In order to evaluate accommodation and service requests, Disability Resources will need information about how your disability is likely to impact you here at Northern Arizona University.<\/p>\n
Any information or documentation\u00a0students can readily share during or prior to their first meeting is helpful and can save the need for follow-up meetings with Disability Resources.\u00a0Disability Resources recognizes that barriers exist and can create hardship for students with regard to having and presenting third party disability documentation.\u00a0Please don’t\u00a0delay submitting the self-identification form out of concern for not having appropriate paperwork.
