Edits or changes to content are not possible after completion.<\/p>\n<h2>Request type:<\/h2>\n<p><strong>1.\u00a0 Accessible PDFs for digital distribution<\/strong><br \/>\n(Canvas course materials, print, email attachment, etc.)<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0Remediation of finalized PDFs<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0Remediation of finalized fillable form PDFs<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0Scanned, print documents converted to accessible PDF<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>2.\u00a0 \u00a0Accessible Word documents<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>3.\u00a0 \u00a0Accessible PowerPoint presentations<\/strong><\/p>\n<h2>Important:<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Please fill out the form as completely as possible and attach applicable documents.<\/li>\n<li>Submitted requests include review of the document for accessibility standards and may include recommendations to improve the document\u2019s text size and color contrast. The UMC may make minor adjustments to color and text size to meet color contrast and text size requirements. Reviews of content and design are not included, and thus any content included in your document or media must be finalized before remediation.<\/li>\n<li>Alternative text, also known as alt text, is descriptive text that conveys the meaning of an image in digital content. It\u2019s designed to make visual content accessible to people with vision disabilities.
