Open-Air Markets happen in both the fall and spring semesters in which we bring local and organic products to campus to encourage students to buy locally. Similar to a farmers market we sell produce from local farms, which Campus Dining sources from, to facilitate local shopping. Check our events page at the beginning of the semester or follow us on any of our social media outlets for more information on when the Open Air Markets will be starting.<\/p>\n
