The F4R\u2122 team has worked hard to compile a comprehensive training manual for participants who wish to learn how to leverage the F4R\u2122 process to build resilience in their communities. This training manual is a guide for the F4R\u2122 process. It contains suggested activities and content that promote learning, research, and action focused on supply chains. It includes key references, activities, and visuals intended to help promote systems thinking, collaborative problem solving, and productive discourse through engagement between and leadership by community stakeholders. It is intended for a diverse set of participants and includes material ranging from introductory to expert. Follow this link<\/a> to purchase.<\/p>\n The F4R\u2122 team was published on July 7 in Nature, a prestigious environmental journal. The article is titled “Supply chain diversity buffers cities against food shocks”. In brief, the article demonstrates that diverse supply chains are resilient against shocks regardless of cause, including food supply chains in US cities. This approach is helpful for designing national and city level supply chain resilience.
