All graduate students start out in the comprehensive examination plan. Students completing their degree in comprehensive examination plans can find department forms here: M.S. Mathematics or M.S. Statistics<\/a> and M.S. Mathematics Education<\/a>. See M.S. Mathematics Education portfolio<\/a> directions. Students in the MS in Mathematics program may apply to change to the Thesis plan<\/a>. Before starting any trip, please request approval from the chair and financial oversight analyst in an email and include the following:<\/p>\n
\n
Dates of Travel<\/li>\n
Purpose of travel<\/li>\n
Total cost of trip to include meals, transportation, registration, and lodging<\/li>\n
How much will be covered by a third party<\/li>\n
How much are you asking the department to pay<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
If travel email is approved, submit an Employee Service Center request https:\/\/nau.service-now.com\/hr<\/a>.<\/p>\n
Complete the Annual Travel Certification, NAU Policy training, and NAU Authorized driver training if driving during travel https:\/\/in.nau.edu\/rpsu\/nau-travel-training\/<\/a>.<\/p>\n
An itinerary https:\/\/in.nau.edu\/comptroller\/travel-forms\/<\/a> is required to be uploaded upon return from the business trip.<\/p>\n<\/body><\/html>\n\n <\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n
