The\u00a0accelerated 3 + 2 program allows students to:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>learn at an accelerated pace<\/li>\n<li>actively engage in the academic experience<\/li>\n<li>complete both a bachelor and master&#8217;s degree in only 5 years<\/li>\n<li>count two 400-level criminal justice courses toward both degrees<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>You will have the opportunity to work closely with faculty to build a program of study tailored to your career goals.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>attain valuable criminological knowledge and applied research skills to address community justice and policy concerns<\/li>\n<li>choose among three different capstone options of a thesis, internship project, or teaching justice practicum<\/li>\n<li>distinguish yourself as an expert in criminal justice<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<!-- shortcode-block-quote -->\n<div class=\"shortcode-block-quote shortcode-block-quote--left\">\n    <div class=\"shortcode-block-quote__inner-container\">\n        <span>\n\u201cBeing a part of NAU\u2019s 3+2 program has given me the opportunity to explore the field that I am most passionate about in ways I did not consider possible.
