The presentation\u00a0 discussed the artist\u2019s philosophy, which confronts the body, people who reject the body, and how the body is approached as subject and identity in his creative practice that utilizes video, performance art, and drawing. Dr. Cabrera Geserick provided broader Latin American political and geographical context on the topics that Gonz\u00e1lez Castro is pursuing in his work.<\/p>\n<p>Explore the exhibit at the Coconino Center for the Arts until June 8, 2024.
