She currently serves as the Associate Curator of Modern &amp; Contemporary Art at the Utah Museum of Fine Arts. She <\/span><span class=\"WdYUQQ\">recently published the article<\/span> <span class=\"WdYUQQ\">&#8220;Continuity: Sharing Space in teamLab\u2019s Digital Ecosystems.&#8221; for the journal <em>Arts<\/em> in 2023.\u00a0<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.mdpi.com\/2076-0752\/12\/2\/74?fbclid=IwAR00Vk4-VTFIvd4KusVH0v4Fyn1A2HJ5wAI-ftF6_JeFL-8K9-VC8HIEU-8\">Read about the immersive 2021 exhibition &#8220;teamLAB: Continuity&#8221; at the Asian Art Museum of San Francisco, and learn about teamLab, a self-described &#8220;ultratechnologist&#8221; collective working at the forefront of immersive technology in visual art.<\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Dr. Emily Lawhead graduated from NAU in 2016 with a BA in Comparative Cultural Studies with dual emphases in Art History and Asian Studies and minors in Japanese and Museum Studies.
