Department of Biological Sciences scholarships<\/h2>\n
For biological sciences undergraduate and graduate<\/strong> students, there are several Department of Biological Sciences scholarships available. Descriptions of the scholarships can be found below, and applications for scholarships are due in early February each year (login to BBLearn<\/a> to apply).<\/p>\n

Must demonstrate a passion for biology as it relates to fish management, fisheries, or aquatic biology and conservation<\/li>\n
Demonstrate competence in the core curriculum of Natural Sciences<\/li>\n
An additional essay is required. In a two-part essay (100-200 words), answer:\n

how will your choice of studies and your passion impact your future educational or employment activities relating to any of the following areas: fish biology and management, fish habitats, aquatic biology, water quality or conservation?<\/li>\n
