Students participating in a university-sponsored field trip (e.g., <\/em>observing runs) do not have health or medical coverage through the State’s self-insurance program in the event of an accident. This also applies to students who are injured in the dorm, classroom or university-supported activity. Students should provide their own health and medical coverage, either through their parents’ insurance policy or by purchasing a student plan such as the one available through Campus Health Services.<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n <\/body><\/html>\n\n <\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n \n
