Appointments with students are roughly 2.5 – 3.5 hours long.<\/li>\n
Please be mindful that this is a learning environment, and you are being seen by and working with student hygienists.<\/li>\n
Please plan on attending more than one appointment to complete your treatment.<\/li>\n
We kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment will be considered a last-minute cancellation. After three last-minute cancellations or no-shows, you may be dismissed from our clinic.<\/li>\n
We will make several attempts to contact you to confirm your appointment. We kindly ask that you confirm via email or phone. If your appointment remains unconfirmed, it may be subject to cancellation.<\/li>\n
Please keep in mind that our students’ grades are directly impacted by patient attendance. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask that you provide as much notice as possible.
