CARE Referral<\/b><\/h1>\n

If you or an NAU student you know are experiencing difficulties that impact ability to succeed, we welcome you to submit a CARE Referral<\/a>. The CARE Team will assess the referral and reach out to offer support and connection to resources as appropriate within 1-2 business days.<\/p>\n

Please note that review of these referrals will not <\/strong>take place outside of normal business hours.<\/p>\n

A CARE Referral should not be used if crisis or immediate response is needed. Please call 911 or utilize crisis resources<\/a><\/strong>. We encourage you to submit a CARE Referral<\/a> after urgent needs are taken care of for support and follow-up. The referral can also be completed to share a non-imminent concern regarding campus community safety.<\/p>\n

Jacks Care 24\/7<\/a> offers students free crisis and mental health support. For immediate\/urgent concerns, call 928-523-2131<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Faculty who wish to share purely academic concerns should contact the student directly rather than through a CARE Referral.<\/p>\n\n
