Any registered student organization, campus department, or academic college can seek funding through STAC.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Proposals must be submitted at least 45 calendar days prior to the event date.<\/strong><\/p>\n<div class=\"eplus-bg-color-row bg-color-nau-yellow\"><div class=\"eplus-bg-color-row-content\">\n<p><strong>Funding Proposal Form is currently CLOSED<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The STAC Funding Proposal Form is currently closed as of March 12, 2026. Up to three (3) total drafts can be uploaded to a form submission &ndash; any additional marketing content can be sent via email to <a href=\"mailto:stac@nau.edu\">STAC@nau.edu<\/a>.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>These drafts do not need to be finalized designs, but should be in progress. All marketing designs and content for funded events must be approved by STAC and Student Affairs Strategic Initiatives before they can be distributed in print or digitally on campus. STAC will communicate with the group requesting funding regarding any necessary edits to these marketing designs to obtain approval.<\/li>\n<li>For more information regarding what to include in a marketing design and what STAC&rsquo;s minimum marketing plan for funded events requires, please review the STAC Funding Guidelines under <em>Required Minimum Marketing Plan <\/em>(pages 13-16). STAC does not meet nor review proposals during the last two weeks of fall and spring semesters (Reading Week and Finals Week) or during summer and winter terms.<\/li>\n<li>Proposals are reviewed in the order they are received.<\/li>\n<li>STAC funding is never guaranteed. Requests can be funded fully, funded partially, or denied. Factors such as prior approval for similar or identical requests do do not guarantee approval again.<\/li>\n<li>Please be sure to always review the STAC Funding Guidelines before submitting a new proposal.
