The Presidential Leadership Fellows (PLF) is aimed at strengthening sophomores’ and juniors’ leadership styles as they learn more about who they are as leaders.<\/p>\n
PLF focuses on unique areas of leadership, including but not limited to Modeling the Way, Inspiring a Shared Vision, Challenging the Process, Enabling Others to Act, and Encouraging the Heart<\/em>.<\/p>\n
A common thread throughout the program is the need to discuss and reflect upon inclusive excellence, aiming towards becoming a strong and critical leader.<\/p>\n
Our objective is for students to leave each session empowered to make positive changes, influence others, and create inclusive experiences for all.<\/p>\n
