Listed below are several different reports for different topics. Violations include, but are not limited to: Unlawful alcohol and\/or drug use, physical assault, hazing, and theft. Concerns about hospitalizations, death, mental health, etc., may be reported here. If you are a student, you may do so anonymously or provide your information. The choice is yours. <strong>If you are a NAU faculty or staff member, you are required to provide all details shared with you.<\/strong> Exceptions include legally protected personnel such as counselors, clergy, attorneys, and doctors, who are acting within that role. If you have any questions regarding your obligation to report, please contact the Office for the Resolution of Sexual Misconduct at 928-523-5315. Sexual Misconduct includes gender-based discrimination, sexual harassment, dating violence, domestic violence, sexual assault, or stalking behaviors.
