NAU’s Leading with Excellence Summit

A chance to strengthen the leader within you

The Leading with Excellence Summit provides students, faculty, and staff with the opportunity to explore more about true leadership and celebration various forms of joy. The summit will provide a breakout guest speaker series, where they will dive into their leadership style and journey. Free food will be provided!

We look forward to connecting with all students and diving into leadership.

Open to ALL NAU students

Goals

  • Leadership – Build a variety of leadership skills through attending the different breakout guest speaker series hosted by NAU and Flagstaff Community members
  • Identity – Explore multiple intersecting identities through the lens of joy/belonging to help create and promote inclusive environments
  • Community – Expand sense of belonging through meaningful individual and group interactions composed of fellow peers, faculty, staff, allies, and community members

Expectations for all participants

NAU’s Leading with Excellence Summit is free to all NAU Students, Faculty, and Staff. We expect all participants to attend for the entirety of the program. This active participation allows us to keep this important experience free to all students.
