Together, we created a productive environment for sharing ideas, providing feedback, as well as a mechanism for accountability.<\/p>\n<!-- shortcode-number -->\n<div class=\"shortcode-number shortcode-number--center\">\n    <div class=\"shortcode-number__container\">\n        <h4>50%<\/h4>\n        <span class=\"number-text-code\">\n\nreduction in the DFW rate and a high level of student satisfaction.\n\n<\/span>\n    <\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n<!-- shortcode-accordion -->\n<div class=\"shortcode-accordion shortcode-accordion--closed\" style=\"position: relative;\" >\n        <a class=\"shortcode-accordion__trigger\" data-header=\"Outcomes_0\" href=\"#\">\n      <div class=\"shortcode-accordion__header\">\n          <h4>Outcomes <span class=\"screen-reader-text\">Accordion Closed<\/span><\/h4>\n          <span class=\"shortcode-accordion__header__arrow\"><\/span>\n      <\/div>\n    <\/a>\n    <div class=\"shortcode-accordion__body\">\n        <!DOCTYPE html PUBLIC \"-\/\/W3C\/\/DTD HTML 4.0 Transitional\/\/EN\" \"http:\/\/www.w3.org\/TR\/REC-html40\/loose.dtd\">\n<html><body>\n<p>Below are outcomes of the course redesign project.
