In partnership with institutions of higher education nationwide, ACUE supports and credentials faculty members in the use of evidence-based teaching practices that drive student engagement, retention, and learning. Faculty members who complete ACUE courses earn certificates in effective college instruction endorsed by the American Council on Education.<\/p>\n<p>This course prepares faculty in the teaching essentials that improve student achievement.\u00a0It consists of 25 rigorous online modules equivalent to three hours\u00a0of graduate credit. Faculty work together in cohorts and receive expert facilitation.<\/p>\n<!-- shortcode-block-quote -->\n<div class=\"shortcode-block-quote shortcode-block-quote--center\">\n    <div class=\"shortcode-block-quote__inner-container\">\n        <span>\n\u201cTeaching is deceptively complicated and this ACUE course broke things down into manageable components to allow me to focus on specific items within my teaching.\u201d\u00a0 \u2013Eric Yordy, W.
