CSTL Payment And Refund Policy For Professional Learning Opportunities

PAYMENT: Payment may be made by check or purchase order to the Center for STEM Teaching and Learning, Northern Arizona University, PO Box 5697, Flagstaff, AZ  86011-5697, FAX: (928) 523-7953.

CONFIRMATION: You will receive notification via email once your registration has been received.

CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS: Notice of cancellation is required two weeks prior to the event in order to receive a 75% refund. This applies to purchase orders as well as prepaid checks. We are sorry that we cannot issue a refund after this deadline.
