\nRegistration: 8:30 \u2013 9:00 AM
\nPresentations: 9:00 AM — 12:00 PM
\nLunch: 12:00-1:00 PM
\nPresentations: 1:00-5:00 PM
\nBeer\/Wine Reception: 5:00-6:00 PM
\nPRESENTATIONS & POSTERS
\nPresentations will be up to 10 minutes long, followed by five minutes of Q&A
\nPosters are welcome\u2014just let us know!
\nDigital projector, computer, and screen provided for PowerPoint presentations. Bring your presentation on a jump drive!
\nCOST<\/strong>
\nMeeting registration — $20.00
\nLunch — $12.00
\nMeeting registration includes beverages (coffee, tea, soda, H2O) and snacks for morning and afternoon breaks, as well as a beer\/wine reception following the presentations. Lunch will be in Crow Canyon\u2019s dining hall. You may purchase a hot meal prepared and served by Crow Canyon\u2019s kitchen staff or bring your own meal. Fees will be collected at registration (cash or checks only, please) on the day of the meeting.
