Vendor information<\/h1>\n

Northern Arizona University (\u201cUniversity\u201d) buyers are organized in commodity groups and keep a list of vendors\/suppliers offering related goods and services to which they send solicitations.\u00a0 Vendors that would like to receive solicitations from the University should send contact information to the appropriate\u00a0commodity buyer<\/a>.\u00a0 All University competitive solicitations appear on the\u00a0University\u2019s bid board<\/a>.<\/p>\n

While University buyers attempt to notify prospective suppliers of opportunities at the University, vendors are ultimately responsible for researching and pursuing solicitation opportunities.<\/p>\n

University procurement transactions are authorized if a vendor receives a University purchase order or University Corporate Liability Purchasing Card.\u00a0 The University does not authorize procurements orally or in any written form other than a University purchase order.\u00a0 The only University representatives authorized to sign contracts for the University are those individuals that have been delegated authority and that appear on the\u00a0list of authorized signers<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Procurements at the University are pursuant to the University\u2019s\u00a0purchasing policy<\/a>.<\/p>\n
