Construction Management students at NAU have many resources available to them. Arguably the most valuable is advising. Our advisers can assist students in degree planning and answer any questions about the experience.<\/p>\n\n

Construct for Practice (C4P): Since 2012, our curriculum has integrated\u00a0practical labs<\/a><\/u>\u00a0with what you learn in the classroom. Team up with other students to create, design, and manage all facets of a building project.<\/p>\n

Are not required to take CM260 (Infrastructure Methods)<\/li>\n
May take CM426 (Advanced MEP) as an elective<\/li>\n

CM205 \/ CM405 Elective Policy: Accordion Closed<\/span><\/h4>\n <\/span>\n <\/div>\n <\/a>\n

Students who have passed CM205 and who complete CM405 with a passing grade may use both classes toward their three (3) required electives for the CM degree.\n
\n
Students who choose to use CM205 along with CM405<\/em> as an elective must work with their Advisor to make this substitution, as the system will not automatically recognize CM205 as an approved elective.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n
Students must take CM205 to be eligible to take CM405. Exceptions to this requirement will be evaluated on an individual basis for students who meet the following minimum criteria:\n\n
Successful completion of CM408 (internship) OR<\/li>\n
Pre-approved internship in which student tracks learning objectives relating to chosen competition area. This must be pre-approved prior to beginning internship and not after the fact.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n
Meeting the above criteria does not guarantee a granting of the exception. It is a minimum requirement to request evaluation of exception.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

Congratulations on your upcoming graduation! There are a few steps you need to complete in order to be eligible for graduation.<\/p>\n\n

Print out a graduation application<\/a> packet.<\/li>\n
Print out a degree progress report from your LOUIE account<\/a>.<\/li>\n
Meet with your faculty adviser to fill out the graduation application and review your degree progress report.<\/li>\n
Get the signatures of your adviser and the department chair on your graduation application. Your adviser will tell you if you should take the completed application to Construction Management department office or the College of Engineering, Forestry, and Natural Sciences.<\/li>\n
The College of Engineering, Forestry, and Natural Sciences will send your application packet to the Registrar’s office.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
A $35 graduation application fee will be applied to your LOUIE account. You must pay this fee and resolve any financial holds on your account to receive your diploma.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/body><\/html>\n\n <\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n
