Contact information<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>The contact information in your r\u00e9sum\u00e9 tells potential employers how to get in touch with you. Please include:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>your full name<\/li><li>your email address<\/li><li>your permanent address<\/li><li>your local or campus address (if applicable)<\/li><li>your phone number(s)<\/li><li>your web address\/URL<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Tip from an NAU advisor:<\/strong>&nbsp;Clean up your email address. This is the time to be professional. Utilize your email address to improve your personal brand. When in doubt, create an email that is some combination of your first and last name: jane.doe@email.com, janedoe@email.com, or jdoe@email.com.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. Education<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>The education section can help persuade employers that your educational background or academic background will help you do your job more effectively and provide evidence of your qualifications. Additional information<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Additional information that you may want to add to your r\u00e9sum\u00e9 includes:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>additional experience<\/li><li>awards and honors<\/li><li>community involvement<\/li><li>additional skills and certifications<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Additional experience<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Employers want to see that you have good time management skills and work-life balance. If you were involved in school organizations or other leadership commitments, such as a sorority\/fraternity, school newspaper, student government, etc., list those under additional experience. We recommend listing no more than 4 clubs or extracurricular activities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Awards and honors<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Be proud! Listing recognition is a great way to stand out\u2014but be careful not to list too many.
