The GBSN is offered as a hybrid-learning model that combines online coursework (a mix of scheduled live sessions and flexible self-paced learning) with in-person clinical training at partners&#8217; facilities across the state, with a specific emphasis on rural and medically underserved areas. This structure allows students to complete their education with greater flexibility and balance.&nbsp;Over the course of this four-semester <strong>(16-month)<\/strong> program, students travel to an NAU campus once per semester for a four-day integrated learning experience, which includes nursing skill and simulation labs. Students graduate from the GBSN format with a <a href=\"https:\/\/degree-search.nau.edu\/degree\/NURBSNX_NURGLRP\" data-type=\"URL\" data-id=\"https:\/\/degree-search.nau.edu\/degree\/NURBSNX_NURGLRP\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Bachelor of Science in Nursing<\/a> and are eligible to take the National Council Licensure Exam for Registered Nurses (NCLEX-RN) and begin a rewarding career in healthcare.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"Application-deadline\"><strong>GBSN Application
