Athletic trainers provide care to patients in traditional and non-traditional settings such as colleges, K\u201312<\/span> schools, professional sports teams, clinics, hospitals, and within the armed forces. Athletic trainers are experts in the areas of injury prevention and evaluation, immediate and emergency care, and treatment and rehabilitation of sports-related injuries and illnesses. <\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
