class=\"wp-block-heading\">What is ASPIRE<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>ASPIRE (Accelerating Success and Promoting Inclusive Routes in Engineering) intends to make transformative careers in engineering, computing, technology, and applied sciences more accessible and inclusive while supporting students in their academic and professional success.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>ASPIRE is a partnership of NAU faculty, staff, industry, and NAU alumni that supports programs that help ensure inclusive outreach, academic success, a sense of community and identity, making resources available to students that help support program is a flexible online summer program designed to help incoming freshmen and transfer students who are looking to refresh their math skills before the fall semester. Students who participate in Peak Performance\u00a0<strong>AND<\/strong>\u00a0improve their placement are eligible for reserved seats in the math class in which they place. These\u00a0<strong>limited<\/strong> seats are in MAT 108, MAT 125, and MAT 136. Interested? Utilizing Game Maker Studio, teams of four work to produce a unique game that aligns with the theme chosen each year. We welcome participants that are high school sophomores and juniors, in and around Arizona, with housing and food provided by NAU.
