The Arizona K12 Center provides a free, trained mentor to all graduates of the <a href=\"https:\/\/in.nau.edu\/college-education\/student-experience\/arizona-teachers-academy\/\"><strong>Arizona Teachers Academy<\/strong><\/a> at NAU in their first year of teaching. Mentors serve in a non-evaluative role through regular classroom visits.
