Candice’s work with the Institute for Sustainable Energy Solutions at Northern Arizona University focuses primarily on policy research and analysis, as well as public engagement and outreach. Her current projects include identifying and evaluating county energy policies and ordinances for the Four Corners Wind Resource Center. Candice recently returned from Washington D.C. as a White House intern in the Office of Presidential Correspondence. Last year, she finished her first independent research project as a NASA Space Grant recipient, and competed in the 2014 Department of Energy’s National Collegiate Wind Competition as a member of the wind markets and policy team. Candice graduated magna cum laude with a B.S. in Political Science and a B.S. in Environmental Studies from Northern Arizona University in May 2014. Her favorite activities include snowboarding, running, hiking, mountain biking, and playing the viola.
