- Past and future integration of DEIJ aspects and issues into your teaching activities, and any impact of that DEIJ inclusion on students, your colleagues, the institution, your discipline, and the larger community.
- Your engagement with service activities focused on DEIJ efforts and any impact that service had on yourself, students, colleagues, the institution, your discipline, and the larger community.
- If applicable for a research-based position, past or future integration of DEIJ aspects or issues into your research activities and any impact of that integration on students, your colleagues, the institution, your discipline, and the larger community.
