Welcome

We would like to take a moment, on behalf of the Center and the diversity commissions, to extend a welcome to our new and returning students, faculty, and staff. We look forward to engaging with you this coming academic year. With the changes that the COVID-19 pandemic has brought to our communities and world, diversity programming will look a little different on campus but the dedication to diversity and inclusion initiatives at NAU has not changed. This fall the first Diversity Strategic Plan (DSP) was approved and units from across campus began implementing it in their own strategic plans. This spring we will officially launch the DSP and we hope that you will engage with us in working toward a True Diversity University. If you’d like to brainstorm ways to be involved in this work or have other questions or concerns around diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) at NAU please let us know by sending an email to CUAI@nau.edu.

Thank you and please visit often!
