Learn how to use the TRX strap to use gravity against one’s own body weight to progress strength, balance, flexibility and core stability!
Take a one hour class on how to use the TRX strap. Upon completion of the clinic, you will be qualified for one year to check out a TRX strap for independent use in the facility. Check out times will vary based on scheduled Group Fitness TRX classes.
