The group fitness program provides a variety of fitness classes for the NAU community including: yoga, cycle, zumba, pilates, bootcamp, boxing and more! Our certified instructors guide you through safe and enjoyable workouts and all equipment is provided. Participants of any fitness level and experience level are welcome. You are sure to find a class that will motivate you to keep reaching your health and fitness goals!

Sign up for Outdoor Fitness Classes!
Classes are scheduled daily Monday-Friday on the outdoor fields. These classes are limited to 30 members and no cost registration is required via our online sales portal. When participating in classes, all participants are expected to follow the Lumberjack Way. If you have any questions, please contact email@example.com. We’re excited to see you soon!
Group Fitness registration will open 24 hrs prior to the class starting to ensure fair access and opportunity for our participants. Please contact Fitness@nau.edu to un-register or if you have any questions regarding Group Fitness or Personal Training.
