Strength Accordion Closed
Start your week off right with light strength training, calisthenics, and flexibility movements. This is a lower intensity class designed to wake up your body as you prepare for the rest of your week’s activities.
Get ready to work hard and raise your heart rate through cardio and strength intervals! In this you’ll work on form and see various strength exercises as well as plyometrics.
Strength and Conditioning
This class will focus on your ability to lift and tone! Designed to build muscle while gaining light cardio endurance. This class incorporates strength training with a cardio burnout at the end to leave you feeling powerful and strong.
