Cardio Accordion Closed

Cycle

This class will challenge your cardiovascular endurance with sprints, climbs, and jumps. Designed to increase your stamina, get ready for the ride of your life!

Cycle Survivor

A 60 minute version of your standard cycle class that allows for a full body workout on the bike to push yourself to the limit! Do you have what it takes to be a cycle survivor?

HIIT

Be ready to get your sweat on! High Intensity Interval Training gives you a dose of endurance, plyometrics, strength, and more all in one workout.

Dance Accordion Closed

Zumba

A Latin based dance class that incorporates pop and hip hop as well as other international beats. Take the ‘work’ out of work out and have fun while burning a ton of calories.

Barre

Barre seamlessly weaves together traditional muscle-sculpting dance choreography with exhilarating cardio segments to define and challenge the body in a whole new way. Take your fitness to a new level.

Barre Fight

A combination of cardio-kickboxing and barre set to music to keep heart rates pumping! Utilizing isometric motions of barre with the force of kickboxing, this class is intended to develop strong, mobile bodies.

Mind and Body Accordion Closed

All Levels Yoga

Regardless of your yoga experience, join us and work on your breathing, flexibility, and strength while letting go of the stress in your life.

Mediation and Yin

Allow your muscles to get a deeper stretch by holding positions for long periods of time. Come slow your mind down and join us for an evening of relaxation.

Restorative Yoga

A gentle and meditative session that allows your deep connective tissue to further stretch and relax. Join us to release tension, improve joint mobility, and alleviate pain.

Strength Accordion Closed

Bootcamp

Feel strong and powerful with this interval based format that works both strength and cardio at in a fun and challenging circuit. Get ready to work hard and raise your heart rate!

TRX

A total body resistance exercise that uses a suspension trainer as well as weights that will challenge the entire body. Sweat it out while improving strength, balance, flexibility, and core stability! (Registration online required)

Women on Weights

A small group weightlifting class for women, led by female certified Personal Trainers. Learn the fundamentals of strength training in a comfortable, inclusive environment for all individuals identifying as female. (Registration online required)

Beginner Group Run

New to running or altitude? Join us to learn more about proper running form and progress your running abilities with a fun group! (1-2 miles)

Intermediate Group Run

Join a group with experience to push your running limits. Learn various strength and stretching routines to help overall performance. (2-4 miles)

Employee Fitness Accordion Closed

  • We are currently focusing on core offerings for all members of the recreation center. Please check our small group offerings for Faculty and staff only programming.
