HIIT the Bikes
This 60 minute class will challenge your cardio endurance in every way! HIIT the Bikes incorporates 30 minutes of cycling to challenge your stamina, paired with 30 minutes of HIIT to finish you off. This class is designed to give you a total body workout to leave you feeling worked and revitalized!
