Our state-of-the-art facility offers a wide range of equipment and amenities to help you achieve your fitness goals. We ask that all members and guests abide by our rules and regulations to ensure that the center remains a welcoming and safe environment for everyone.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">General rules<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul id=\"Rules\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>NAU ID must be used for facility access and equipment check-out.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>All personal belongings must be stored in the provided cubbies or lockers.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Only water\/sealed containers are permitted throughout the facility. Food and other drinks are limited to special events.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Shoes and clothing that provide full coverage are required at all times throughout the facility.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>For privacy, safety, and courtesy purposes, please refrain from excessive cell phone use in all fitness areas, locker rooms, and restrooms.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Photos and videos are strictly prohibited in all areas of the facility without prior approval.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The use of profanity or abusive language will result in loss of privileges.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Our facility does not allow minors except for approved groups.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Gum is prohibited throughout the facility.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Immediately report all injuries and incidents to the Campus Recreation staff.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div is limited to designated areas.<\/li>\n<li>Olympic-style lifts are limited to the power cages and half racks.\n<ul>\n<li>Olympic lifts include cleans, clean and jerk, push press, and full refunds.
