This comprehensive course combines lectures and hands-on training to equip you with the skills and knowledge needed to excel in a career in the fitness industry. We cover anatomy, exercise physiology, client assessments and program design, resistance training, and cardiovascular training.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Please note this course does not provide the ACE Personal Trainer certification. Those who enroll and complete the class will receive a discount code to register&nbsp;for the ACE-CPT exam.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Upon successful completion of the course, you will have the opportunity to apply for our personal training program and participate in the interview process.
