Laboratory services are only available at the Flagstaff Mountain Campus. We operate on a walk-in basis of first come, first serve. All patients wanting lab tests done will need to make a walk-in appointment at the tablet at the front of the lab when they arrive, regardless of any other appointment at Campus Health that same day.<\/p>\n
Our professional staff provide testing in a timely manner, with in-house test results in less than 24 hours.<\/p>\n
Lab orders from your provider, including those providers outside of NAU CHS, are good for one year. These can be electronic orders in the NAU CHS system or a paper order. \u00a0We do not accept patient requests for testing. Students with LOUIECare cannot bring in orders for lab work from an outside provider.<\/p>\n\n

*LOUIECare will have a $15 copay, Student Health Insurance will have a $10 copay due at time of service.<\/p>\n
*Most in-house tests will be available same day. Samples received after 4 pm may not be completed until the following business day.<\/p>\n<\/body><\/html>\n\n <\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n
*This service is not available to student’s with LOUIECare. You <\/em>cannot<\/strong> bring in an outside provider’s lab order and have those tests performed, you will need to be seen by a Campus Health provider.<\/em><\/p>\n<\/body><\/html>\n\n <\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n
