\/>\n<p>Our team is excited to offer <strong>Jacks Care 24\/7<\/strong>, a suite of services that provide FREE crisis and mental health support to ALL NAU students. <strong>Jacks Care 24\/7 <\/strong>has been enhanced and updated for 2026!\u00a0 We have partnered with Welltrack and Togetherall to offer the NAU community access to offer even more personalized support to serve your immediate and ongoing mental health needs.\u00a0 For immediate\/urgent concerns, you access crisis support 24\/7 by calling <a href=\"tel:9285232131\">928-523-2131<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Jacks Care 24\/7 now offers free<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Interactive CBT-based tools, modules and assessments to help manage your mental health at your own pace<\/li>\n<li>A safe online peer community to support your mental health, set goals and gain insight<\/li>\n<li>An off-campus therapist referral tool based on availability, insurance and many other criteria to fit your needs.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><div
